    First, check how many email addresses do you have for cleaning. Like say you have 50,000 email addresses for cleaning, then you need to pick 50,000 emails cleaning plan.
  • Which plan should I opt for?Is this an online application? Or Do I need to install anything at my end?

    Nothing to do at your end. Simply select your plan & upload your list. That’s it end. Rest things will be done by us.
  • How to upload my email list for cleaning…?

    Once you choose your plan, you will have the option of uploading the list. Simply click on “Upload Email List” option, and you’re all set for the cleaning process to launch.
  • How much time it will take for my email list to be processed.?

    The cleaning time will depend upon the email list size and more importantly on list quality. But we always try to get your email list cleaned as soon as possible with best results. We don’t compromise with the results at all. That’s our rule.!
  • How do the plans of email list cleaning works…? Do I have to pay monthly..?

    All list cleaning plans are based on “Pay As You Go”. So you don’t have to pay us monthly or yearly.
  • What measures you take to make sure the uploaded email list are fully secure…?

    All email list are fully encrypted and put under the rules of our privacy policy. You can check our privacy policy for more information.
  • Can I use the remaining email credits of my purchased plan…?

    You will have to ensure that you are using all your purchased email credits in one go, else the remaining email credits will lapse.
  • Is Your Service GDPR Compliant?

    Yes, Our service is fully compliant with the GDPR.
  • How will be the results provided to me…?

    In results, you will be provided with a cleaned email list which as per us are the most preferable one to send emails. We will also be providing you with a comprehensive report too that acknowledges you about the status of each email addresses.
  • In the comprehensive email list, what does the status of each email addresses denotes…?

    Below is the description of different status that you will be in the comprehensive report.

    • “ok” – all is ok, server saying that ready to receive letter to this address and no tricks detected
    • “error” – server saying that delivery fail, but no information about email existing
    • “smtp_error” – smtp answer of server is invalid, destination server report us about some internal error
    • “smtp_protocol” – destination server allow us to connect, but smtp session was closed before email was verified
    • “unknown_email” – server saying that delivery fail and email not exist
    • “attempt_rejected” – delivery fail, reason similar to “rejected”
    • “relay_error” – delivery fail because relaying problem happens
    • “antispam_system” – some antispam technology blocking verification progress
    • “email_disabled” – email account is suspended/disabled/limited and can’t receive emails
    • “domain_error” – email server or dns for whole domain is not installed or incorrect, so all emails not deliverable
    • “catch_all” – email server saying that ready to accept letter to any email
    • “dead_server” – email server is dead, no connection to it
    • “syntax_error” – syntax error in email address
    • “unknown” – email delivery fail but no information about reasons
  • What does the prefix “p” and “t” in the status denotes in the comprehensive report ?

    Prefix “t_” mean “temporary”, “p_” mean “permanent”. Prefix very useful because giving additional information about the situation:

    • “p_email_disabled” – it means that server say that email is permanently disabled
    • “t_attempt_rejected” – it can happens when server just overloaded, and temporarily reject verification
    • “p_error” – no information about email existing, but no chance to deliver email in future too
    • “t_error” – no information about email existing, but there is some chance that email is alive.
